Ive been eyeballin an old 16ga savage 311 in a pawn shop that someone just let sit in an old closet and the outside of it looks like hell ..

The wood ,inside the action and bores all look great tho ......its like they handled it all over then put it up without wiping it down and let it set several years ;(....

Im pretty sure I can get it for a good price ............ this project of yours has given me some good ideas
