Pictured below is the Steel Patriot SP200 pistol box / lock box. The bluetooth-enabled, smartphone controlled SP200 features 16-gauge welded corner construction. The SP200 features our advanced multi-mode locking mechanism (fully automatic and manual modes) housed in brushed stainless steel. This innovative locking mechanism remains in synch no matter how the user interacts with the device (whether wirelessly or with a key). In order to preserve the sleek cabinet appearance, the hardened cam lock is accessed via a port in the back. There is also a reinforced and shrouded inlet on the back of the cabinet that is compatible with a Kensington braided cable lock for additional security.
The cabinet features a collection of robust anti-pry features including anti-pry return bends in the lid and base, a substantial 0.3” steel hook that mates to a 0.5” catch on the lid, and a substantial rear seam reinforcement element. The SP200 features our proprietary hinge that provides both friction hold and lift assist. And of course the SP200 is controlled by our software suite including Lock Log, Rapid Access Mode, Proximity Mode, adjustable TamperSense and over-the-air firmware upgrades. The SP200 circuit design features a long range Bluetooth module and runs on four AA batteries housed in a stainless steel holder.
