This butchery has a great selection of meats, beef, pork and chicken.
They also have made in house sausage, brats, and can make awesome jerky and smoked beef sticks.
During deer season, they process deer and do a fantastic job. Last year they did one for me, ground with beef fat added, venison sausage, back straps and even smoked jerky.
if you need some great steaks, brisket, prime rib, pork chops, hams, Boston butts, pork sausage, chicken or even eggs, they are well worth checking out!
