Spring food plot.

What should I plant this spring? I just got the lease for next year on my families property and I want to do some good plots. I need to know the best stuff.

Soybeans and iron & clay peas.

Iron clay peas. I've also had good luck with Biologic Lablab. Usually throw out 500 pounds of 10-10-10 fertilizer

Iron clay peas and soybean do fine for me. Get some 10 10 10 on there first

If you plant iron clay peas amd soybeans you better plant A LOT lol. Me and friend of mine planted beans on three different plots (about an 1/2 acre each) three different times from may to August..and deer can wipe that out in one night! That said I wouldn't plant less that 2 acres.

My problem is hogs come in and root everything up !! I need to have a hog killing .

Same here but we planted more than that,once they came up 4 weeks later they were gone.
