On a side note, the last time I made this, I noticed it lacked flavor compared to previous attempts. I would suggest always getting good, fresh feta and dont be afraid to use a lot of it.

Buy or mix up some Greek seasoning seasoning on the chicken, should help with the flavor as well.

Daughters boyfriend makes a version of this and wraps it in bacon .

I want to smoke it next time instead of putting it in the oven .
