There is a Brown Black Widow. I can’t tell from the pics but they usually have slightly darker joints and the tell tale hourglass.

Hope this helps , this ones dead but upon further inspection 4 more less than 10 feet apart , we’ll tomorrow I’m turning my extra axe sprays into mini flamethrowers

if it doesn't have an hourglass on its underside...you are probably good to go.
