I have no idea how efficient their X-ray security system or capacity is, but we are talking about a Govt agency here so I would say their catch rate is 1 in 10,000...if they are like all their other sister agencies.

I doubt they use a human (or some sort of australopithecine) to visually check each package. I assumed they had some sort of automated software/scanner that would kick out packages that had suspect outlines in them.
