Slings

Looking for a good sling for an AK platform. I like the Savvy Sniper that I have on my LWRC that has easy adjustments with HK clip and QD, but I would just do two clips on an AK. I'm also considering a Magpul, but don't have any experience to their ease of use and build quality. I've heard good things about them though. What are the opinions here?

I run the Blue Force Gear Vickers 2-point on my carbines.

Those Vickers slings are very nice.

For an AK I have come to the conclusion that if I don't have a really good two point sling, I prefer the basic military sling that it comes with. Everyone is different, though, so YMMV.

The Magpul does look like a pretty good option, but I don't have any experience with it either. It is priced decent, so there's that...

Another vote for Blue Force. I definitely like it way better than the MS3 I tried before it.

Not a fan of the convertible slings. For me, too complicated. A good 2-point does everything I've ever needed my sling to do.

I have Blue Force Gear and Magpul. They both do the job that they are intended

Yeah. I think I'm going to order a couple of the Vickers slings and put clips on for attachments points.
