So good and so easy to make!

Preheat oven to 375 and place a 13x9 glass dish in the oven with 1 stick of butter. The butter will
melt in the dish while oven is preheating.

2 cups of bite size fruit

Mix 1 cup each of self rising flower, sugar, milk and whisk together.

When the oven is preheated, pull the hot dish out with melted butter and put your fruit right in there, now pour the flour/sugar/milk on top and put back in the oven for 35-45 min. The top should be a nice golden brown.

It doesn’t last long in my house.

you can use apples (peeled) and sprinkle cinnamon on the batter so it’s like a Cinnamon Apple cobbler

Of course canned peaches are fantastic too!

Vanilla ice cream pairs very well with the dish regardless of which fruit you end up using.

Pics are blueberry and strawberry versions we’ve done recently. Maybe one of y’all will try it out and impress someone lol.
