I bet it's the polymer/plastic/quickdraw/button holster he may have used. IOW, something in the holster touched the trigger....I have several of these kinds of holsters for many platforms and they rely on precise holding mechanisms for the forward trigger guard. As the Sig defense lawyers, I'd be demanding a complete examination of the holster, myself.My opinion...
He was doing a “timed” draw and fire and the finger was quicker than the hand.
