I recently changed a factory grip module to the Sig X carry module. Then I find out the early mag baseplates won't fit the X frame unless you sand down the tabs on the sides of the bases. I have 5 of these early mags, they have sig sauer on the base, the next generation has the round sig sauer logo on them, they will fit the X frame, no problem. So, I ordered three X grip mags to have them as committed mags for that pistol, and they don't fit the standard sig modules, had to try them. I see no reason for all this non conforming stuff. I know, Glocks fit across the board, that's why this is strange to me. Rant over.
