When your Prius V thinks it’s a truck. It was either rent a trailer and do a 3 hour round trip, or take a hour to make a cradle and slide to pick up this 60 gallon compressor. Still got my standard 45 miles per gallon in the Prius V. Sure it’s not a flat bed but she gets by. Total cost the lumber I can still repurpose $20. Now does anybody need a compressor cradle? I’ll need about tree fifty for this home made marvel.

I don't understand the need for the cradle unless it was to protect the interior of the car or help with loading/handling...

Anyway, you didn't chamfer the part of the bocks that touch the compressor... :boink:

All in fun. I'da just chunked it in the back and maybe put a couple blankets to wedge it in.

Reminds me of the guy who showed up at my house in his wife’s brand new small Lexus SUV to pick up a pair of semi tires I was getting rid of. Although he just crammed them in there

Nice job. I volunteer at Habitat Restore by unloading donations and loading purchases. People show up with cars and trucks full of crap and then expect us to figure out a way to load some sort of dresser or table in there without scratching anything. :)
