Shocker, sanctuary cities no longer want to be sanctuary cities

I dont mean to relate people to animals but...
This is like a lot of folks I know. They love dogs and want to take in all the dogs but what they find is they cant provide a home and feed all of the dogs even if they have the heart to do it. What they will find is that the dogs will eventually become violent because they dont have the love they require. A city can only provide what they have the resources to provide. Eventually a city realizes that the money comes tax payers and tax payers dont just want to keep giving and giving.

Yep. Just goes to show it's all about the "feels" but when they actually have to deal with it suddenly they don't like the consequences of their intentions.
We lived just outside Aurora and yeah their liberal bias is strong..... But CO Springs is largely a conservative bastion thanks to the Air Force Academy..... They are not the same. Denver proper is shipping their immigrants anywhere they can....The Springs is NOT a sanctuary city.
Gotcha, didn't realize it based on the article. Just saw that Mobolade was the first immigrant and non Republican to be elected, didn't realize he ran as an independent though. Sucks for them for having to put up with Denver's BS.
