1. Private help is only visible to you and the moderators, the normal help forum is visible to everyone.
2. The system just sends out a relist notification every 72 hours for every ad, it doesn't know if you've listed it multiple times or broken any other rules.
3. Unlimited = Maximum listings allowed by the current rules. The wording is probably not the best and will be corrected in the future update to read "Maximum" instead of "Unlimited." You can see it here: https://www.theoutdoorstrader.com/help/classifiedsoptions/
4. A section, or category, is any forum inside the classifieds section, you can see them here: https://www.theoutdoorstrader.com/#trading-post.153

You can only post an item once on the site regardless of the category, you can't list it in multiple categories at the same time.
You can only post 5 items per day in EACH category, so theoretically you could post 30ish items a day if you had something for each category.
