Just curious. You had a similar thread back in 2016. You never went on that trip?

Been on a bunch of those kind of hunts and your guide or lodge head will tell you what to bring as far as ammo and gear. Most of those places won’t have you walking through thick brush. They pamper you and they will have the dogs flushing the bird and then have retrievers bring you or the guide back the bird. Everyone that I’ve been on was easy walking and they do all the work. You just shoot the birds..

No, ended up doing a fishing trip instead. This trip is a done deal, cause I've already paid. Lol

Wear those boots a few hours every day. Walk in a creek, then keep them on a few hours. Go to the sporting clays spots and shoot.

I go to Mobridge annually. Never fail to hit our limit. It’s a great time and hope you have a blast.

If any of the hunting takes place on FEDERAL LAND, please make sure that you
use a NON-tox shell. Hevishot Pheasant works great. Lead is not allowed on
Federal Land
