I was in Colorado elk hunting last week for 7 days with a 2 liter bladder in my pack and this Sawyer. I would walk a couple miles in the morning and stay out all day until dark so I relied on this for afternoon water. The 16oz bag with this filter needs some fidgeting and a deeper spot in the creek to submerge it vertically to fully fill it, but once you learn that you can find it quickly it is only about 8” deep. Water tasted good and flowed well, also it is threaded with attachments so you can use a standard water bottle with the filter threaded on. Good price I’ll buy a few more.
