Safe help/advice/suggestions

had issues with humidity in my safe until I bought one of these.
If you've got dampness issues you've got to have something to absorb the moisture. All the golden rod's do is warm the air up inside the safe. You still have warm moist air , which is a perfect environment for mildew. I use the rechargeable eva-dri in my safe. The down side is you have to dry it out occasionally depending on how humid your basement is. I plug it into an outlet overnight and put it back in the safe.
How about a piece of plywood under the safe as a moisture barrier?
Thanks for all the advice and suggestions. I guess it is doable now I just need to decide. I really need to get another safe.
