Anyone else tried the S&W Governor? I bought it new a couple of years ago when they first came out, great deal at around 5 bills out the door. The original grips were made for midget hands and made it hard to get a good shooting position, but adding larger wood grips and also a set of Pachmayrs put it a whole new ball park. It handles 410/45lc and 45acp with no problems. With quality ammo it holds a decent pattern at 25 yards and the 410 buck shot is a man stopper at 7 yards. I carry it more often when I'm riding on the motorcycle, it feels lighter than you would think and the size has an intimidation factor. If you have one, get a better set of grips, S&W K frame round butt should fit just fine. It's a handful but in todays world that comes in handy.. Stay safe and aim for center mass.
