For an owner of such a reputable company, I really figured he'd take the bad-talking more seriously and to heart, because if one person says one bad thing about it..they go tell all of their friends. And for a company that's not too terribly big, such as SOE...that business lost could be rather detrimental to their profits. If I tell 20 people, and those 20 people tell 20 more people, each...that's over 400 people right there. Word of mouth can absolutely kill business, and the fact that he posts all over his Facebook bashing unhappy customers(rather than fulfilling their wants/needs, as THEY paid for a product and weren't happy with it) doesn't really make instill confidence in their product to me. Maybe that's just me though.
