That's a ROKON....Been around USA for 50 years. It's two wheel drive, and you add water to the wheels for weight....

Very cool, never seen one before. Looks like it could go just about anywhere. I would like to see how the two wheel drive works.
ok, I see now, it has a chain and sprocket incorporated in the front fork tree it seems. I wonder what kind of power it has. Seems fairly fast. Enough to go wherever.

Uses a cable drive to the front wheel
Like a large speedometer cable

All the Paris to Dakaar racers use em
