Picked up a Brand New Hawkeye action & barrel in 270 Win. 2015 model.
I have been wanting / "needing" a good candidate for either a walnut or paddle stock I had in my parts bin.
Walnut and Stainless is difficult to top. Besides there is no such thing as a Paddle Stock Hawkeye

Worth $200. If you shoot a lot yes. I have four of them. Check Ebay. VQ sells parts on ebay cheaper that they consider blemished. The ones I've bought I've yet to find the blemish. You see a few of them in this pic.Can anyone confirm if the Volquartsen DLC coated bolt is worth $200?

Did a little rimfire plinking yesterday! 100 yards at steel is always fun. Especially when you ring the little guys and make the ding! Never gets old!
