Need help from the vast knowledge base here on ODT. Looking to sell our home ourselves and wonder if anyone can recommend a good, economical real estate attorney to handle the contract etc., Thanks much to all.

I would let the buyer pick the closing attorney. If they don’t have a realtor ask the buyer to ask their lender for a recommendation

Need an attorney to draw up the sale contract. Once executed Title company should be able to do the rest

I have never used a Realtor, but I did do a "commissiondectomy" in a three way trade in Hawaii. He had a commission agreement with the other two traders and they owed him a commission, but he did nothing for me except giving me a half a glass of wine at the closing. He demanded I pay him a commission as well. I told him he could have the half-glass of wine I drank back as soon as it passes through my urinary tract, and walked out. Next day, deal went as planned by the three of us.
