That’s not a 5R. That’s a BDL in an archangel stock. You can tell by the sporter barrel, iron sights, and gloss bluing. If that’s the case then .30-06 makes sense.

Ehhh…like $500. Stock and scope are no good. Probably sell the barreled action quick at like $450-$500.
Ammo is worth a lot. What is it like $35-$40 a box now? Let’s be conservative and say it 150 grain Remington corelokt at $26 a box. So that’s $130 in ammo.

Not much. Scope isn't worth anything. Bipod is a cheap chinese knock-off of a Harris. Stock is cheap, and most people that buy an older, blued bolt gun want the wood stock. I'd be surprised if you got $600 for it as it sits. It's been painted and can't tell the condition of the bluing.
The ammo, it all depends on what ammo you have exactly. Easy enough to just google the going price on what you have.
If you want to drop some money into it, it’ll be a beautiful hunting rifle if you get a Boyd’s stock, BDL bottom, and Cerakote a gloss blue (or just remove spray paint and oil it up). It would be like $400 to get it back to fighting shape.
