I have a .280AI....I simply LOVE it!!! It was built by Doyle Anglin....the gun shoots!!!
It's been out west, and preformed as expected....it's a fine cartridge, and now that it's saami'ed even better.....ammo remains hard to find....I load, so it's not a bother....ALSO...when "blowing out" standard .280 ammo....it shoots those at less than moa ....so, if in a pinch, I wouldn't hesitate to shoot .280 Remington out of it...hunt, and fire form at the same time....what could be better!!!

I haven’t started to handload for my Weatherby 307 .280AI yet, so I bought handloaded ammo from Choice Ammunition, topped with a 160grn Nosler Accubond. Here’s a 3-shot group at 100yds.
It's really hard to go wrong with Choice ammunition - I run it in all of my rifles.
