So, I have this old gun........it was my Great Grandpa Waller’s. My grandfather has had it since the mid 50’s, and gave it to me a few years ago. It’s not safe to shoot for a few reasons, but I’ve always wanted to have it cleaned and repaired.

Rabbit2047 Rabbit2047 did a great job. I’m not exactly sure what all was done, he can elaborate on that. But he did an amazing job.

And yes WallsGa WallsGa the wrist repair is a brass sheet bent to fit the profile and held in place with nails. And for whatever reason it was wrapped with that cloth based tape
Them nails and metal may have been a little rough on the shooter after the repair.... thus the cloth tape ?? Maybe? Lol.
