Question about raids for Cops

This video is of a pot dispensary in California. the shop was complying with state law, but failed to get the local city permits. Now the part where they walk on him like a bear skin rug (:08- :10) I obviously know isn't kosher, but knocking out video camera's? do police turn off or disable cameras during raids? is it allowed?

Clearly, they feel they can do whatever they want. And I'm sure they'll at most get paid suspension. They took out the cameras because they thought they would be able to destroy the evidence.. What does that tell you?

someone forgot to tell the cops that most security cameras are monitored and recorded records kept in different location

I HAVE 22 YEARS IN LAW ENFORCEMENT AND I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THIS RAID OR SEARCH?Destroy a camera here and you would be looking for a job till your trial.
