Pulled on my Johnson until my arm gave out

My Johnson isn’t standing up, must be old age. Usually I can give the hand pump a few good squeezers, choke it some and in 2 or 3 good jerks it’s spitting and sputtering away but not today. A couple of my neighbor ladies are wanting me to take them around the lake today and now my Johnson doesn’t want to perform!
