Preparing the SMG for Hibernation

Just bought another mg 5min ago. I need to stop this nonsense, but its so fun. I quit drinking and picked up stamp collecting lol.

Anyway, I got a NIB SWD m11a1. Always wanted the 380 due to the small frame and high rate of fire. Im not adding any fancy stuff to it. Keeping it classic with just a big-ole can .

Think I will go with a Gemtech Viper in 380apc. Opinions?

I would, however its an out of state transfer (Florida).

But its basically the usual cobray imprinted foam box with 1mag, cleaning brush, mag loader and nylon strap. I could get the pictures off line though.

Here are a couple of pictures. Nothing very interesting. Just your typical M11. Was bidding on one in GA on GB. Its still on there, however with a 7% ga tax, I stopped bidding awhen the price with tax reached 3800. This one was new in box for 4k delivered, so I figured id go with it instread. 4k is about as much as others are asking, maybe a hair bit under mark value.

First thing you'll need to do is buy more mags. Those things have an insane rate of fire, and you burn thru those stick mags really quick. Also, you'll want steel mags. You are going to want a high volume can to limit blowback. Might I suggest a Thompson Machine SG? Lighter than most, but big volume.

usmachinegun is an awesome place. I bought their mags for my cobray. They were awesome.

GoNoGo, that is a sweet setup you got. Thats basically the same set up I wanna go with. Thats why I like the Gemtech Viper, as it mimmics the OG Sionics Suppressor. I wanna keep is classic and clean. I have been looking for a nice KG9 to add to the "80s family" aswell.

I am finishing my gun room, and on one wall, Im going to frame a huge GTA Vice City poster/map, with the classic m11 and kg9 hanging beside it.

No2Sc2, next mg will probably be a 308. Either a hk91/g3 or hk51-53 or FAL
