To be fair, a pretty weak argument could be made concerning his outfit and the whole "graven image" thing. But that would be a far reach even for the ODT Theology Panel, not that I'd put it past.
Problem is that kind of rebounds back to the assumption/judgement part so there's that.
If his outfit is an endorsement of homosexuality, it's bad.
If his outfit is seen as disrespectful and too much of a distraction to others, it becomes a "stumbling block" and interferes with this pastor delivering God's message to the people.
