Posting pics in comments

I try to post pictures from my computer when I post comments, but all I get is the URL bar. Is there a way to upload pictures from your computer? I apologize if this question is already posted.

I copy and past them in and it usually works.

bottom right corner click "upload a picture"

I just click the 'Upload a Picture' button but have only posted pics that I grab off the internet and save to my desktop, then I usually delete the picture after.

That is when the copy and past usually works for me so I don't have to bother saving them. Some picture formats do not work though.
