I ordered some stuff from Botach back in December. They sent me an email that basically said "Sorry, we have no idea when this will ship, tell us if you still want it". I emailed back and forth with them a bit. Their customer service was very quick to respond, polite, and honest. It took them a month and a half to ship, but I'd do business with them again in a heartbeat.
