Please Help Me!!!

Somebody came into my backyard and stole my 2 new puppies I just bought. Their names are Mutt and Jeff, they are both males.
My little girl is gonna be heartbroken when she comes home from school today and finds them gone..please help me find them and make a lil girl happy!

I saw some "Barney Fife" lookin dude walkin round here last night, he lives up the road a ways but I have never talked to him. Maybe I should go pound on his door?
