Pics WAY to big??

Anyone help me? i was just going to do an add and my pics Are HUGE. i may just post one pic up until someone can help me i know almost nothing about resize but i have NOT HAD THIS ISSUE ON HERE BEFORE! Thanks guys

Pics will appear to be huge in preview post mode, but the forum software will scale them to a proper size when you post.
