Perfection let me down today (Glock problem)

I was shooting my G42 at the range today. Ran several mags through it with no issue. Half way through a mag the gun failed to feed completely, it ejected the spent case and fed a live round. I ejected the mag and found I cannot move the slide at all, it feels like it is welded in place. All I use is brass cased factory ammo.

Has anyone ever dealt with an issue like this?

If it's spent knock that sucker out. <----- Remember I'm no gunsmith but it's what I would try. If it breaks take it back to Glock.

I added that info just now. It ejected the spent casing and the live round is stuck in there now.
