Why not sue the gas station that they got gas from and the oil company that supplied the gas too? Obviously, that flammable stuff is what caught fire after the crash.

the backstory on that is that mcdonalds served coffee at an average of 25 degree hotter and the cups were not user friendly
although i agree, coffee hot=dont burn yourself stupid
they settled because it was an old woman and she did have significant medical injuries. but i am a firm believer that stupid should hurt
