My guess is he died on impact and couldn't have gotten out before the car caught on fire. I got to drive a Porsche on the autobahn and the brakes are incredible. If you can't stop in a Porsche, you're not stopping in anything.

The attorney is handling it pro bono no doubt.
No one is responsible for their own actions anymore. The bad part is the straight retarded jurors the think they are doing something by awarding stupid lawsuits.
