OOOOLD RECORDS!!

I am going through my Record collection. Thinking of selling most. But I have been through and found some I may not, could not part with.

I have everything from WW2 records to Patsy Cline to Jim Reeves to Willie to Bob Wills and even some Bing Crosby. All are in excellent conditions.

What do you y’all think?

I’d hold them unless you really need the money. My wife and I were sitting by the back porch fireplace listening to Hank, Patsy, George Jones, Waylon etc the other night. Real country music, a fireplace and a fine drink go together real well..

I did just fire up the ole record player and enjoyed some George Jones and Merle Haggard. Actually was wonderful.

Wife got me some vinyl, mostly old school rock, and a retro turntable as part of Christmas.

Might have to pick this up to ramp up the sound-

Right. I have some records from the 50’s and they were recorded at a different speed. Luckily I figured my player has settings. But yes, could be more from the sound.

I collect records as well, vintage audio equipment is the coolest around. My turntable also convenient spot for my cat to sit when I'm listening to something.

Records aren't really the best music format, or the most convenient, but they're still neat and I like them. Plus I like getting hold of stuff that doesn't really make it's way to CD.

Just stay away from extremely cheap modern turntables and remember that the turntable is only one part of an audio system.

Let me know what you want to sell and how much. My 19yr old daughter loves old records and is looking for whatever she can find.

Roger that, guys. I have looked up most and they are only worth around 3$ or so each. Although I’ve only looked up half of them. I have no idea how much to sell for.

What I do know, is that NONE of them are warped, none are scratched beyond normal/minimal use either.
