Yes I have and yes they are. I agree, paper targets are better than your teammate. I think that there are a lot of Darwin awards in Russia.

This is actually some if the first things they learn . Being in operations myself I have trained with alot of other teams and I have seen russian sfb run live fire both ways with body armour shooting back at the guy shooting the target from behind cover . It will scare the crap out of you at first but you settle into being shot in body armour very fast and after 2-3 drills you forget about it and the reset from actually being shot in field is +200% . I wish liability would allow us to train thus here but most guys are not in that level .
