Ok, had my mitral valve reparied at with Rebotic approach. Emory CU met all the Dr's and it all went well. Just looking at the recovery doing , gearing for the 4-5 weeks ahead, oh boy. Give a thought and prayer went possible and take care all.

It's amazing what robotics has accomplished in the medical field these days. You'll be A OK in no time. My wife had Both knees replaced with robotics and was walking around a few hours later. A friend had has aortic valve replaced through his groin area. His other 4 heart valve replacement had been through open heart surgery over a period of a 16 years. The marvels of medicine...Good luck with your recovery and be sure to hug your doctor.

Get well. I went back to work after 5 weeks after aortic replacement
Everything is going good now. Just a process of getting strength moving and it is , God will do his part, for sure. Apparently I needed the heart repaired to allow another operation in July, it'll be fine, but still needs doing in another part, the brain area. Wow, I was wounded twice in the 80's, USMC, Beirut then in Zamboanga after doing my job. Now, 40 years more and it's time to catch up on catch up. As it all goes on, I'll keep it posting. Everyone be safe and enjoin the summer.
