Most of the thousands of hulls you see on the ground or in the bins at your favorite range are not really ideal for reloading. The base of these hulls is made of steel and some have a thin coating to look brass.I'm pretty sure Garland Mountain just dumps all of there hulls. The bins fill up fast, but I don't know if there's a way to tell if they've been fired more than once.
