Ok turkey fryers

The Lowe's has a couple of turkey fryers on sale for today's deal of the day if yall are in need. Check out the web site.
Been deep frying turkey's since the late 80's, but for the last 4 years been going with the oil less set up. Less mess and I believe a better taste. You may pay $30 more for an oil less but you make that up when you don't have to buy the peanut oil. It does take a little longer than the 4 minutes a pound rule but to me it's worth it.
Been frying ours for about 15 years. Always inject it the night before with creole butter injection. Everyone always loves it. Thinking about going oil less.
