Just an idea,probably get me shot by the wife. Anyone in the area up for a BBQ next saturday at my house? I don't want an all out party but if there are a few members in the WOODSTOCK area who would like to have some awesome ribs and a few beers lets make it a day.

Oh my ribs are the shiz nit. Then agian, I love food and pork is the king of BBQ. Anyway just trying to get some ODT brothers together for some food and maybe some BBQ gun chat and even a beer or three. lol.
Apple wood is the key, that and 5-6 hours of tender loving care.

Yup I love those fruit woods for smoking. I ran BBQ restaurant for 5 years, we only used apple wood.

Which Saturday are you referring to? The 26th or the 2nd? I could possibly make it the 2nd, but probably be out of town on the 26th.

Yeah well the wife said no. LOL My kids will be here that Saturday visiting. Oh well maybe when it warms up a bit. It would be cool to do an ODT BBQ at a WMA area come spring or summer time.
