Crazy part: I am their go to person for all things NFA related and I don't even work there. I'm in process of talking the owner into setting up an Efile account, or letting me do it for him. They don't do enough nfa business to warrant a kiosk, but that might change should the efile system take off. I'm still trying to figure out the electronic fingerprint file for us without a kiosk.

Just called again, a fortnight from the last time I spoke with the same lady. Same results, pending....
