After 30 days you can request a certified copy from the atf through their email fax system. They’ll send it directly to you with no dealer in the middle, then you can pick it up. I’m on day 17 since I was approved and my dealer still doesn’t have it.

Edit... called today and got a rude voiced male. Asked how i can obtain a certified copy of a form 4. He asked the date and i told them 2-14. He says well thats only 30 days and your dealer has to send in the request? I called last week to check on another form and asked about this one. She said call back after 30 days and we can get another one out. What a zoo

Here’s exactly what I sent to their fax email. Scan in the request and sign/date it. I received a certified copy to my address 9 days later
