ODT Help! "Mark Forums Read" Button

77.78% say yes as of now. Sounds like a landslide. Let's close the thread and bring back Mark Forums Read to the navbar...please.

I added it back as "MFR," that way it doesn't take up a whole lot space. (That was the reason I removed it)
