I just signed up for this in Feb. My first try at this type of competition. I read through all of ngcsugrad09 blog on a past event to get a bit familiar. Is anyone else going to this event and has anyone else shot one of these that may have some advice?
My goal is NOT to be competitive, but really to get familiar with with the exact system I plan to be LR hunting with. It's a bit light for even the lightest division, but I am good with that. As always, just looking to make the best of, and learn the most that I can.

What is the difference in the 2 divisions? And what kind of round count is expected?

Factory is factory unmodified under 12 lb
Open light is anything under 12 lb
Open heavy is anything under 16lb

About 100-160 rds it seems depending upon event. I think there is max 8 rds per stage (4 if you don't miss)

Anyone else shooting this tomorrow? I went up to Dead Zero yesterday to confirm DOPE all the way out. Getting pretty excited about giving this a shot this weekend.
