If someone would like to inlighten me to why my negative feedback to someone got deleted when we had a deal a time and place and a set price was deleted WITH OUR TEXT

Was all that done via text or pm? If it's not all in pm between yourself and the other member, it's invalid. Text messages an or emails are not considered part of this systems processing.
