You have to put your own info in, its just a place for people to put their info in so others can have an idea of when they will see their items come through. They do statistical analysis on the information given.

They have secretaries that answer the phone and that's it, so unless you ask to speak to your examiner(which they sometimes will let you) you are not really slowing them down.
