That’s not an aluminum truck…
Strap is on the plastic part of the bumper.Looks like the bed was down, they backed into something, and now holding the bed closed for their load of wood with a strap.
As bad as I don't know about the aluminum body thing, I can't blame it on that. I've seen plenty steel tailgates bent because of being down and backed into something. But I do notice the tailgate is split
I agree with you.. hell I weigh 700 lbs and I can’t even bend an aluminum can when I jump on it.. but in the other hand when I tried climbing on my buddies SILVERADO TRUCK.. I bent the whole side in and busted his tire too.. and it was a STEEL BED.. **** anything made of steel.. ALUMINUM FOUND ON ROAD DEAD is the way of the future..Strap is on the plastic part of the bumper.
