You guys tell me should I leave negative feedback??

We had agreed on a price I was going to send a mo today but post office was closed so I sent him a message saying that and told him I would send in the morning, he had already marked posting a spm then tonight he sends me a pm saying I decided to use it on another ar and that he's not gonna sell it....... you guys tell me
